I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to deal with you and your friendly staff at Direct Repair. You were so helpful all the way through the process, from having a rental arranged, to keeping me informed on parts status and the progress of the repairs. The car was returned in the time frame you set out and I really appreciated that. You did great work on my Lexus SC400 and also were very helpful with my sons Benz when he came to town on a short visit. He too was ecstatic at how nicely he was treated and how quickly you were able to spruce up his bumpers.
Thanks again for all the assistance and attention to detail. I will not hesitate to send friends, family and business associates to your establishment should they require your services.
